Have you ever experimented with making your own paint? That's something that happens very often in our house 😀. We try all different kind of things........ Today's experiment was with Hand Soap and Food coloring. Turned out great though. The soap added a nice scent to the paint. Worked great and washed out very easily. All we did was pour hand soap in our pain trays, add a few drops of food dye and mix well. Paint had a nice glossy shine to it. And we tested it out by painting a Fall scene. Today we did a "directed drawing" lesson. This lesson was about drawing faces with expression. I am surprised at how well he followed the directions here. He is starting to get better at it.
