When i came upon this article from Iheart intelligence , It had me thinking. Does any of my family members or friends go through this? My children, Do they go through this? It's sad to think of someone so close to you, going through this. So I am planning a family meeting to discuss this with my children. The best time to help is before the situation arises. Teach and educate them about these things, let them know they will always have someone to talk to, if things go wrong. Educate them on how important it is to get help.
